What to include

1. The request. Name, phone, email, property address, and city. Note if it's a home, HOA, commercial property, or job site, and when you need it done. Photos help more than a long write-up.
2. We read it. Usually the same day.
3. What you'll get. A price, or a time to come look. If it isn't a job we should take, we'll say so. Extra work gets a yes before we do it.
