How the plan works
Good if the property needs someone every month, not a panic clean once a year. We set the hours, write down what's included, and show up on that schedule.
Extra work — plantings, removals, edging rebuilds — is quoted before it starts. The visit does not quietly grow.

- Mowing
- Irrigation repairs
- Plant replacement from animals, weather, or owner damage unless agreed
