The job
A regular visit, set in hours. Weeding, trimming, beds, and we haul what we pull. We don't mow, and there's no fertilizer program unless you ask for one.
Busy properties and HOA common areas need a steady hand, not a once-a-year panic clean. We set a base visit and stick to it.
Extra work — plantings, removals, edging rebuilds — is quoted first. The visit does not quietly grow.
Irrigation repairs are not included. Plant replacement from animals, weather, or owner damage is not included unless agreed.
